MISSION STATEMENT

The long Term Care Unit's mission is to provide direct/indirect human services, to maintain and improve the quality of life and to promote the independence of the senior citizens of the Northern Kentucky community through accessing and making referrals to various services, including local, state, and federally funded programs.

The following services are managed from this Unit for the Seniors of Northern Kentucky:

In Home Community Based Services Referrals

• for home delivered meals service
• for homemaking service
• for personal care service
• for respite service
• f or adult day care service
• for benefit counseling

Pantry/Soupkitchen Program

• USDA food distribution in all 8 ADD counties

As the Nation’s population becomes increasingly older, the NKADD’s Case Management Division is becoming a more important part of the Agency’s overall service responsibilities to the citizens of Northern Kentucky.
