The Municipal Government League of Northern Kentucky (MGLNK) met on January 19^th in the Digitorium at NKU’s Griffin Hall.  Over 40 representatives from local government and the community were in attendance to hear Janet Harrah, Director of the NKU Center for Economic Analysis and Development (CEAD), present the local government Toolbox Project.  While still in its developmental stages, the purpose of the Toolbox is to provide all Northern Kentucky communities with desktop tools to assist in decision-making in the post-recession economy.  CEAD has piloted the Toolbox in a few cities, and representatives from the pilot cities spoke about how their communities have benefitted from their partnership with CEAD.
