The Northern Kentucky Area Development District (NKADD) is a means by which local officials and citizens unite to provide for the planned growth of their area.  The NKADD is therefore a regional organization that assists in the formulation and implementation of human resource and infrastructure related plans. In addition to it's regional planning role, the NKADD also provides technical and management assistance to local communities on a broad range of topics.  The NKADD currently serves the 8 most northern counties in Kentucky.
