Aging Services The Northern Kentucky Area Development District/Area Agency on Aging and Independent Living (NKADD/AAAIL) has recently released a Request for Proposals for Aging Services for fiscal years 2013-15 (July 1, 2012- June 30, 2015). These services include Nutrition Services (Hot Congregate & Hot Home Delivered Meals).
