The Horizon Community Fund of NKY contracted with the Northern Kentucky Area Development District (NKADD) to conduct a Food Insecurity survey of the region. Twenty-two food pantries in forty-five locations participated in this survey. This project consisted of three phases and was conducted during the summer of 2024. Phase one was the delivery of electronic surveys to the pantries. Phase two was the collection of the data from the surveys. And Phase three consists of collating and analyzing data and create an asset map. As a result of this project, a regional dashboard was recreated and is available to the public.
