At its Annual Board Meeting on September 9, the Northern Kentucky Area Development District announced new officers for 2025-2026, as well as members of the recently reconstituted Executive Committee, a group comprised of officers as well as representatives from each of the NKADD’s remaining eight counties not already represented by the board officers. These members were appointed by a majority vote of the full Board. September 29, the Executive Committee will hold its first meeting with newly appointed members:

  • Judge/Executive Gary Moore, Board Chair, Boone County
  • Mayor Robb Adams (Carrollton), 1 st Vice Chair, Carroll County
  • Judge/Executive Jon “Ryan” Morris, 2 nd Vice Chair, Gallatin County
  • Brittaney King, Treasurer, Citizen Member from Kenton County
  • Matt Elberfeld, Immediate Past Chair, Campbell County
  • Mayor David Henson (Williamstown), Executive Committee Member, Grant County
  • Judge/Executive Todd Woodyard, Executive Committee Member, Owen County
  • Judge/Executive David Fields, Executive Committee Member, Pendleton County

The structure ensures continued representation from across the region while also maintaining a majority of elected officials on the committee. The Executive Committee is responsible for providing leadership and operational oversight between Board meetings, including strategic, financial and personnel matters. This transition supports NKADD’s three-year strategic plan objective to increase member engagement in decision-making to support NKADD to continue to provide services and make impactful outcomes throughout our eight-county region by collaborating, empowering and convening with our communities.

NKADD looks forward to the leadership, collaboration, and regional insight this group will bring to the organization as it continues to serve the counties of and communities within Boone, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Owen, and Pendleton.
