The Northern Kentucky Area Development District (NKADD) is accepting sealed bids from interested dealerships to act as the regional dealership for the purchase of 4-door sedans, SUVs, light, medium or super-duty trucks and vans, according to the specifications set forth by the NKADD during fiscal year 2026.
This bid package is issued for the purpose of soliciting proposals from qualified dealerships to be designated as regionally procured providers for the purchase of vehicles during fiscal year 2026. The intent of this request for proposal is to establish one or more contractual arrangements through which participating cities may acquire vehicles in accordance with KRS 45A.420. The NKADD reserves the right to select more than one dealership if such selection is determined to be in the best interest of the participating cities. Selection of a dealership through this process shall not constitute an exclusive arrangement, nor shall it guarantee any minimum volume of purchases.

All proposals must be signed by a legally authorized agent of the proposing vendor.
