Notice is hereby given that the Northern Kentucky Area Development District (NKADD), pursuant to KRS 45A.425 and applicable policies governing the disposal of surplus property, is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of surplus furniture and fixtures.
Items available for sale may include various office supplies, pallet jacks or trucks, dumpster hoppers, and warehouse fans.

Sealed bids submitted either electronically or in a sealed envelope must be clearly marked:
“NKADD-SURPLUS-2026-01”
Sealed bids will be received until 5:00 P.M. EST on FRIDAY, JULY 10th, 2026. Bids will be opened and read at 10:00 A.M. on July 14th at the Northern Kentucky Area Development District at 22 Spiral Drive, Florence, KY. 41042 and awardees will be notified subsequently thereafter.
All items are offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS,” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. The successful bidder shall be responsible for removal of purchased items within 8 business days following notification of award.
NKADD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities and irregularities, request clarifications, negotiate with qualified proposers, and make award(s) in the best interest of NKADD and participating agencies.
