The Northern Kentucky Area Development District (NKADD) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide janitorial services, facility hygiene programs, exterior maintenance services, and related facility support services through a competitively awarded cooperative contract. This cooperative contract is intended for use by NKADD member agencies and other eligible public entities, including local governments, educational institutions, public authorities, and nonprofit organizations authorized to participate in cooperative purchasing programs.

All questions must be submitted in writing via email to the NKADD contact listed below. Responses to timely submitted questions and any official addenda will be posted on the NKADD website. Only written addenda issued by NKADD shall be considered official.
